Cancellation:

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the program. Administration fee of Rs. 1800 would be deducted for cancellations made between 8-15 days prior to the program. No refunds will be made to cancellations received less than 7 days before the program.

Substitution:

Delegate substitution can be done at any time and does not incur any charge. Please email your changes to Lifezone Training.
