Q1.  What discount do you allow to delegates?

Ans  10% discount to 3+ delegates and 15% discount over 5 delegates.

Q2.  What cancellation charges do you levy?

Ans  All fees must be paid 7 days before the Course date. We accept written‘ Official Orders’ from the established clients. Cancellation before seven days is accepted and often with a choice to attend next programme or refund of money if paid. After that refund cannot be made.

Q3.  Can we book for Training Courses on-line?

Ans  Yes. – you can register for courses on-line and relevant details will be sent to you with Delegate Booking Form.

Q4.  What is the confirmation procedure?

Q5.  Any Accommodation help given to delegates outside the area?

Ans  Yes –we can provide Hotel list and numbers for booking purposes and can make enquiries for you. However, bookings need to be done by yourself directly for confirmation and payment purposes.

Q6.  What Training materials do you give at the seminars?

Ans  In all cases we give out a HANDOUT - hard copy of Training provided. In some cases we also give Workbooks for exercises purposes, which are retained by the participants.

Ans  Definitely – we conduct lots of In-company programmes on a on-going basis to meet continual Corporate Training needs.

Ans  Surely – we prefer to customise training to meet your particular company requirements. We understand all organisation have different styles and needs to be met. Therefore every effort is made to understand and formulate courses accordingly.

Ans  All participants receive a certificate of achievement upon attending the seminars.

Ans  These can be designed and delivered as per company / departmental needs.
